Company & Leadership

Grand Basin Capital is a real estate investment and advisory firm primarily focused on multifamily and mixed-use properties.

Our goal is to continuously improve the quality of the built environment and strengthen the communities that it serves. We seek infill, transit-oriented properties in Chicago proper.

Grand Basin pursues sustainable investment returns through active asset management and strategic value-add implementation.

Our overall strategy is to buy it, fix it, and cultivate the right environment for value appreciation.

Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir men's blood and probably themselves will not be realized. Make big plans; aim high in hope and work. -Daniel Hudson Burnham
